During my second year at Niagara College I was a tenant at one of David and Jackie's student homes. My first year I lived in residence at the Welland campus, and living in off campus housing was 100 times better than living in the residence. David and Jackie always made sure that our house was well kept and safe. This was a relief for my parents, who was uncertain about me staying off campus. I felt safer living off campus as David and Jackie as my landlords than I did in residence. If something was broken or if I just had a question they would be at the house in 5 minutes to make sure it was fixed or that everything was ok. I would recommend Niagara Student Housing to any student looking for housing while attending Niagara College.
